Video Tutorials available in the Navigraph nDAC Learning Center



November 20: Navigraph is proud to announce the release of video tutorials for direct download in the nDAC software. Nine tutorials are currently available, each teaching how to fly IFR approaches to different airports, including some of the world's busiest hubs. The video tutorials have been produced by VideoFlyRec, a Spanish video production company, using chart material provided by Navigraph. The currently published videos cover the following ILS approaches:

1. Amsterdam Schiphol ILS 06L - A Boeing 737-800 performs an ILS approach to RWY 06L at Amsterdam Schiphol (EHAM).
2. Frankfurt Main ILS 25L - A Boeing 737-700 performs an ILS approach to RWY 25L at Frankfurt Main (EDDF).
3. Humberside NDB 03 - A Learjet 45 performs an NDB approach to RWY 03 at Humberside (EGNJ).
4. London Heathrow ILS 27L - A Boeing 737-400 performs an ILS approach to RWY 27L at London Heathrow (EGGL).
5. New York JFK ILS 31L - A Boeing 737 performs an ILS approach to RWY 31L in snow and strong winds at New York John F Kennedy (KJFK).
6. Paris CDG ILS 26R - A Boeing 777 performs an ILS approach to RWY 26R at Paris Charles de Gaulle (LFPG).
7. Pristina ILS 35 - A Beechcraft King Air 200 with engine failure performs an ILS approach to RWY 35 at Pristina (BKPR).
8. Roma Fiumicino VOR NDB 25 - A Beechcraft Baron performs a VOR NDB approach to RWY 25 at Roma Fiumicino (LIRF).
9. St. Petersburg NDB DME 10L - A Beechcraft King Air 350 performs an NDB DME approach to RWY 10L in light snow at St. Petersburg Pulkovo (ULLI).

Each video is approximately 8 minutes long in 640x480 pixel resolution (~40 MB), and costs 40 Navigraph credits to download. The account can be charged with a minimum of 100 credits for 10 EUR.

The videos can be viewed directly in the nDAC software - no external media player required. The exact charts used in the videos can be downloaded separately as PDF documents from the Video Training section of the Learning Center / Online Contents tab in the nDAC software. They require the free Adobe Reader software for viewing and printing. The charts can also be downloaded and viewed in the nDAC software, but may have been updated since the production date of the video tutorial.

It is recommended to first upgrade to the latest nDAC version, 3.0.5, before downloading video tutorials as it has been optimized for downloading larger files.
