[Update] F1 Cessna Mustang auf 1.04

Kuck an: da schau ich seit Monaten mal wieder zufällig ins Cessna Mustang forum und prompt gibt es heute ein Update auf 1.04

Schön, wenn auch so lange nach einem Release noch gearbeitet wird :thumb:

Improved loading time.
Writable database files are now being saved to the user’s appdata folder to allow the software to be run with limited permissions and reduce application errors.
Database bug fixed with DME arcs (bug from the beta forum).
Database frequency bug, where some approaches would not auto-tune correctly.
New format for the WAAS files, and corrected Navigraph database loading problem as of cycle 1102.
Other minor fixes.
