VOZ 1.2 Official Trailer

Was bietet VOZ eigentlich ?

Zitat

Base Version 0.99
1. A completely new, vibrant, fresh and unique set of replacement textures for FS2004's Australia Summer (and all seasons by end of 2006). New eucalyptus forests, rainforests, rural fields, canefields, the red outback, the deserts, rocks, tropical areas, dry riverbeds, alpine regions, scrublands and pastures. New bitumen roads and night lighting too. Everything that makes Australia unique will be here!

2. A complete new set of autogen (using Koorbygen technology) perfectly aligned to the new textures. There will be multiple autogen sets to provide variety between city and country. Watch out for those rusty tin sheds, farms, old Queenslanders and country towns!

3. New eucalyptus, rainforest, palm and other native trees (a completely new revised set is being especially made by Matthew Tomkins of OzTrees fame :)

4. New roads, rivers, highways, sky, water, environment and many more textures.

5. Complete LANDCLASS replacement for all of Australia, kindly provided by John Dow.

6. Accurate SW Australia Landclass, kindly provided by Westim Design Group, which also includes a 300km radius of coast, roads and tracks. They are also providing the Jurien airport scenery.

7. Ross Casey's *entire* simply outstanding Queensland coastline, roads, rivers and waters covering some of the most picturesque scenery in Australia. This massive scenery area begins at the Gold Coast and then north to the Torres Strait Islands. You will find flying this coastal region one of the most sublime FS2004 experiences ever! Thanks to Ross for allowing his superb scenery to be bundled.

8. Four unique and disctintly different REGIONS, allows for amazing diversity in textures between north, central, south and west regions of the country.

9. A professionally coded 2-click switcher application to allow quick switching of regions to fly in.

10. Holger Busekros' wonderfully warm dawn and dusk environments, with his kind permission.

11. Che Monroe's great sceneries including Coff's Harbour, the Hawkesbury River, Longreach and other areas. The details are superb!

12. Only using FS2002? No problems! We're going to be hosting Matt Tomkin's great NDEP project which also created custom textures for Australia for use with FS2002.

All this flight simming goodness is wrapped in a slick, pro installer program with full documentation and an easy patching system for new seasons, fixes etc. Everything you'd expect from payware but completely FREE!

What is new in the VOZ 1.1 Release (Out on Friday March 31st)

1. Hundreds of new textures including wilderness, urban, rural and crops with more detail than ever before.

2. The first release of KoorbyLM night lighting (complete release in VOZ 1.2). You've never seen night lighting as real as this in textures.

3. Lots of new sceneries, including Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Stadiums, Cairns, Gold Coast, a vastly improved Canberra, Queensland coastline and much more!

4. New or enhanced airports: Bankstown Airport (YBKS), Melbourne International (YMML), Canberra (YSCB), Parafield (YPPF), Caboolture (YCAB), Caloundra (YCDR), Redcliffe (YRED), Watts Bridge (YWSG), Sydney (YSSY) and Brisbane (YBBN).

5. Every lighthouse in Australia, 550 golf courses, updated towns in Tasmania and Victoria, and the first of many VOZPlugs to fill in landclass gaps, including Grampians, Mt. Beauty, large parts of the Tasmanian wilderness and more.

6. New more murky and realistic inland waters for rivers and lakes

7. New faster switcher code for improved region swapping with a brand new easier to understand GUI. UNVOZ will now force a backup to make VOZing even safer!

8. New region definitions; South becomes SE and West becomes SW, each with colour changes to reflect today's climate. The new SE and SW regions are stunning to behold.

9. A customized version of Airport Environment Upgrade 6 (AEU6) with new runways, aircraft environment map and halo lighting effects

10. A brand new expaned user guide and a documented VOZPlug Landclass SDK is now included in the documentation.
